About
I'm Matthew, a data scientist with an M.Eng in Computer Science from Cornell Tech. I apply machine learning and quantitative methods to solve complex, real-world problems—everything from a document-retrieval tool for private-equity due diligence to an alternative credit-scoring platform for underserved communities. You can find my resume above and projects' source code on my GitHub.
Before Cornell Tech, I interned at Cisco Systems and Barstool Sports, where I turned raw data into actionable insights using both classical modeling techniques and deep-learning pipelines. I earned my B.S. in Information Science at Cornell University, focusing on data science and NLP.
Beyond AI/ML, I coach a youth ski team in Stratton, VT, and rarely miss an opportunity to watch a Yankees, Rangers, or Packers game on TV.
